All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Store Credit Only
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, you will be issued store credit only.
Store credit:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be used on our website
- Is valid for future purchases
Non-Eligible Items
Store credit will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect items ordered by the customer
- items damaged due to misuse
