All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Because many of our items are handcrafted and made with care, additional time may be required during high-volume periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays
CreationsbyFrancois is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Postal carrier delays
Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
